Iddem dem Malida is a victory war chant of the Itneg tribe of Northern Philippines, dating back to the 15th Century. This rhythmic piece is derived from the traditional style of music played by a set of gongs and bamboo instruments. The repeated text “inabak mi daida” means “we defeated them”.
